There is a Minimum requirement of 500 sq ft.
Demographics should include 22,500 people within a three mile radius.
Typical store size ranges between 500 and 850 sq. feet. Larger stores can be accommodated.
Signage includes back-lit awnings, menu boards and machine logos. Additional signage may be necessary.
Zoning regulations must allow walk-up window service.
A high traffic count is preferred.
The store must be able to close down during the off-season (winter months).
For our free standing locations, we prefer a minimum daily vehicle count to be between 13,500 and 16,000 vehicles.
Parking should be visibly lit with an excess of 20 spaces.
